This course examines all the forms of audit you may be subjected to and will allow you to develop an achievable action plan to ensure that, whatever type of audit or visit you experience, you will succeed and be able to show your organisation’s performance in its best light. The course focuses on Control Audits, Contract Compliance Audits and also KPI visits

Organisations would be wise to ensure that as many people as possible meet the relevant Supervisor Standards. These two courses focus on, respectively, developing compliant supervision file review and appraisal systems and, developing the key skills necessary to effectively perform the supervisory role. These courses take into account the forthcoming new edition of the Specialist Quality Mark, due to come in to force in 2010

It is vital that organisations understand the rules relating to chargeable activities on file, what you can claim for, what is a reasonable amount to claim and how to ensure that claim will not be challenged on assessment. This is important in order to ensure you remain within profile of the fixed fee margin KPI and also, for when submitting exceptional cases. This course examines claiming for work and assessment principles at the legal help level of service and will ensure that all participants are fully familiar with the relevant rules
